If you would like to order, please contact us by PHONE or E-MAIL call Jen O'Connor at or send your order via e-mail RETURNS We find that our artists’ creations typically exceed our customers’ expectations. Should you not be satisfied with an item you order, please notify us immediately. You can return it (at your cost) via insured shipping within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to issue you a store credit (not including shipping costs) for use on future purchases. This credit is valid for one month from the date of your original order. Please note, all sale items are final sale. In the unlikely event an item should arrive damaged, please contact us on the date of arrival and we will make immediate arrangements to replace your item and file the appropriate shipping insurance claims. Should an item be non-replaceable, we of course will make arrangements to refund/credit you. GIFT WRAP & REGISTRY We pack all boxes with the utmost care and attention to detail.
